Staff are always very friendly and they know how to make a person feel special and i always enjoy my experience at Basin. MANDY is the most beautiful person and she is a very professional and experienced hairdresser and one could not want for anything else Thank you Basin

Hi there I came back to the Basin after a couple of years absence and I am so thrilled I did😁 Alice is the best and I really enjoyed her sweet disposition - the last time I saw her she had just started! Can’t wait to see Alice again! The vibe is so much better also 🌸thank you!

The Basin staff make me feel extremely welcome, from the time I open the door being greeted by the lovely happy Helen - shes a gem! shown to my seat by one of the apprentices always smiling. I have been seeing Corina lately as Thursdays suit my work life schedule and she is not only a talented hairdresser but also very caring and thoughtful to what we are doing to make me look "human" again. Prior to that I was seeing the lovely Sam, who too is very professional and great at what she does. The new apprentice Holly, did an amazing job rinsing my color and washing my hair (nice strong hands -is what I like at the basin) along with the young girl (black bob - apologies her name escapes me) who got me prepared for Corina is always happy and willing to help. There is an air of happiness in the environment with all the staff which I love. I can never fault the Basin. By the way, the changes to the environment look lovely and very relaxing. I am never disappointed when I leave the Basin. The goodbye experience is just as lovely as the arrival experience. I always leave feeling good about myself as I close the door behind me.

Luke is brilliant, very professional and excellent at cuts and colouring. A lovely guy and fantastic hairdresser!
