My visits to the Basin are always Special Time Out sessions for me, have a great relationship with the stylist I have had for several years and her Advise and amazing knowledge about colour is wonderful and makes my visits truly relaxing and enjoyable with great results. I really the head massage at the basin and wine or Corona available . Love it šŸ˜

Susan is the most amazing hairdresser Iā€™ve ever come Across. She is consistent. Her humor is astonishingly funny. Her style and manner are of the highest professionalism. Her respect and loyalty to her workplace is second to none. Her work ethic is excellent. I love her and whilst I love your staff and the culture seems great she is the reason I come fourteen years later x

I had a great experience at the Basin. This is probably my 5th visit & I got my most exciting hair cut yet. All the staff are very friendly & up for a chat, and the professional advice is fantastic. They have recommended an appropriate amount of products without over selling them to me. Over the last year, I have recommended the Basin to a close friends who now both visit the salon regularly! Couldnā€™t recommend the service enough!
