The professionalism and skill of staff members is excellent. Great stylist who really knows what she is doing and is also really lovely to have a chat with.Helped me today with correcting damage done by attempting to get my hair done at another salon closer to home. I will not be leaving the Basin to go anywhere else in a hurry now!

I have been going to Chloe for the last 4 years.. She is a wonderful cutter and stylist and very very consistant in her art. I am a hairdresser as well so I am fussy. I came away today happy as always. I can highly recommend Chloe and the crew at The Basin.
