I always look forward to my time at The Basin. Im always greeted straightaway by whoever is at the desk, and usually whisked into a chair by my stylist. Alice was ready and waiting for me on Friday and got straight to my consult. She took the time to ask what I wanted done and was happy to look at some inspo pics I had saved. Alice is always up for a friendly, funny chat but I also had work to do so was respectful of that too. I love my colour, and the cut is exactly what I was wanting (and needing!) The Basin never fails to deliver- it's my happy place!

I think Corinna is a star and wonderful hairdresser who offers great service in every aspect. She is also excellent to talk to and I look forward to seeing her regularly. My only concern. Is price! I have very short hair and my cut yesterday cost $110! Sure it was washed as well but wow! No colour, no treatment, no dry (no need as my hair is so short) but that price stings a tad if I need to get my hair cut every 5 or so weeks.

Taylor is a fantastic hairdresser, my hair is now a gorgeous peachy blonde styled with a twisty blowdry into lush waves. She is very efficient, maintains health of hair, really cares about your hair and that shows in end result. Also such a lovely person which is just a bonus.
