I absolutely love getting my hair done at the basin! Everyone there are always happy and friendly, always checking up on how I'm going. Getting my hair done there has always been a great experience and I always recommend the basin whenever my friends are looking for a new hairdresser. My hair colour and my cut is always on point, exactly how I want it to be. Absolutely would never think of going elsewhere, the price, the people, their work is absolutely excellent!

Yes, I could pay less for a haircut but included in the price is more than just a haircut. I'm always greeted by a smile and friendly hello from the girls at the desk, I love having my morning coffee while sitting down with a magazine in hand and chatting about my hair. I get my back and head massaged in the chair at the basin while my hair is washed, again by a nice person. Steve always sits down when he's talking to me and takes the time to listen to what I want and then his 30 years of experience plays out in the advice he gives me about colour, cut and a longer term view than just today's haircut. Finally, I like the colours and when it is applied it doesn't seem to take my breath away like others I've had in the past.

Staff all very polite and helpful. Salon is spotless and all seem very happy in their work. A lovely experience having hair done and also brows and facial waxing.
