Sandy is fantastic, very knowledgeable and attentive. It was a little stuffy in the salon however there were fans to move the air around. Noting it is not always this way. Perhaps a open window Would assist. The overall experience is excellent.

Vanessa is absolutely fabulous at what she does. She takes her time and knows what suits my hair and always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m happy. I’d absolutely recommend her, and I do.

Sandy IS as good as a previous reviewer says, she put me at ease, listened to me and gave professional advice about the style that would suit me AND my hair. The haircut and style she gave me was excellent.

I have had my hair cut by both Tenile and Vanessa and have been extremely happy with the care and attention I received and the quality and skill of both stylists. The salon is peaceful and relaxing and I am so glad to have discovered Navana

I was so impressed with my 12 year old daughter’s appointment with Sandy. She gave her a great tutorial on how to straighten her fringe and how to add body to her hair. She explained clearly to her how to wash and condition her hair. She was clear and knowledgeable with her advice on what style would be best for my daughter. I usually find hairdressers are vague with their suggestions and don’t offer clear cut advice, but Sandy knew what she was talking about. She recommended products in a non-pushy manner. I also loved that I could do an online booking, and I knew what the cost would be when I booked. Because she spent so much time straightening my daughter’s hair and explaining things to her, I thought it might end up costing more, but she didn’t charge any more than the original quote. I was really happy with the whole experience and would recommend this salon.
