Love how I get looked after as soon as I step in the door. No waiting about, prompt service, always asking and making suggestions. I love how Rachael does my hair and it's great chatting to her. Everything from a nice cup of tea with a side dish of chocolate eggs, up to date magazines, comfortable chairs, great music and an escort to the car during the storm with a large umbrella. Xxxx
