Nikki and the team at Tumi are fabulous. Nikki has been my 5year old son’s hairdresser since his first cut. She respects him, and knows how to cut his hair so it’s shaped beautifully. Always taking her time and using her expertise for the perfect cut. The price is reasonable, reflecting the staffs level of training and attention to the job.

TUMI staff I have always found to be courteous and friendly and will answer any questions I may have. I usually have Marcus look after my hair and I am at ease discussing any problems or queries with my hair. The salon is clean and relaxing. Regards Geraldine

I always love visiting Tumi hair- however, this appointment wasn't what I had experienced in the past. My initial consult was good, we talked about my plan for my hair going forward. As I am getting married this year, I really appreciated the time and consideration that was put into the initial discussion. After my colour was applied, I was left sitting in the chair for over an hour with no one checking in on me. As I only had my dark roots touched up and a toner put through the ends of my hair, this felt like a long time to wait. Hair wash and treatment was great. I was offered a drink twice, both times the drink was forgotten about. I am not satisfied with my cut, when looking at my hair straight after the dry off, I could see it was uneven. The blow dry was also very underwhelming. I left with very frizzy hair and parts which had not been dried or straightened at all. I had an event after my appointment, so ended up tying my hair back.
