I always love visiting Tumi hair- however, this appointment wasn't what I had experienced in the past. My initial consult was good, we talked about my plan for my hair going forward. As I am getting married this year, I really appreciated the time and consideration that was put into the initial discussion. After my colour was applied, I was left sitting in the chair for over an hour with no one checking in on me. As I only had my dark roots touched up and a toner put through the ends of my hair, this felt like a long time to wait. Hair wash and treatment was great. I was offered a drink twice, both times the drink was forgotten about. I am not satisfied with my cut, when looking at my hair straight after the dry off, I could see it was uneven. The blow dry was also very underwhelming. I left with very frizzy hair and parts which had not been dried or straightened at all. I had an event after my appointment, so ended up tying my hair back.
