Everyone was so warm and welcoming. They did such an amazing job with my hair and actually explained why my hair was the way it was, how to take care of it and how to achieve my hair goals. i really loved my stylist Kaori. She was so kind and sweet, really took her time in making sure I received the best experience that I could possibly have. Everyone I met complimented her work after I left the salon.
