Didn’t feel like much effort was made to communicate with me about what I wanted. Cut came out quite messy and unflattering. Disappointing considering the cost.

I had a great experience here. Vladir provided me with all the required professional advice during the session. He clearly understood all my requirements for the cutting and styling of my hair in turn gaining a permanent client. Overall the service experience was great value for money.

It was my first experience with Underground Hair. And it was very good. Despite my own mistake of booking the wrong service. The hairdresser/Hair cutter was very nice to continue with the cut with no problem or hassle. The price is a bit high for me. But I feel you really pay for what you get. As the level of professionalism is so vastly different from all the other places I have received hair cuts from. The level and care and attention is to be admired and respected for sure of the staff of Underground Hair. Definitely give them a go. They are all lovely people :)

More hair than I asked for was cut off and when I asked for my hair to be thinned out it wasn’t done very well
