Hi, I've been going to underground a lot of years of and on (about 20). About 6 months ago, I received a haircut from a young lady, who had just arrived in Adelaide (Not to get her in trouble, but I think she was Austrian or German) and I never usually do this, but the service was rushed, unprofessional and the quality was no where near the standard you guys set. Since that, I haven't been in a rush to head back. Thankfully I went back today, and it was great. The quality was really good, the time spent and questions asked was fantastic, and the level of detail was exceptional. I unfortunately don't know her name, but I was on the seat closest the entry. It was a great job. Cheers Andy
