I didnt feel as if i was listened to with my requests and feel as if they did a poor job on purpose so i would have to go back again. The money i spent was not equivilant to the job and effort that was done.The colour i asked for and the colour i received was completely different.

Very impressed! Loved the attention to detail Melody gave to my hair to make it beautiful. Will definitely come back and have my hair done from Underground more often!
