Really understanding and professional when cutting my hair whilst I tic. I have tourrets and when moving my head they didn't make a single mistake and gave me a great haircut

I did a haircut on Saturday and unfortunately, the result wasn't the thing that I asked for and I wasn't happy at all. Also, the price has not mentioned on the website. I had to choose a haircut only while when I have arrived Davide mention that my hair needs to be washed and so the price was higher than that I expected. You should clearly have all those prices on your website.
