I understand leases must be expensive in shopping Centre but the continual attempts to up sell was tiring and created an environment which I do not wish to return to. During my 45 minute appointment the following were attempted to be soldl to me - conditioning treatment, three products that were used on my hair; straightener, take home products and brushes. All of this without actually asking for any suggestions. Only conversations were sales opportunities which did not make it a pleasurable experience . This has been my experience on a previous visit. The hairdresser maybe following salon instructions of sales expectations but it is toooo much,
