What started as a single person concern has grown in clientele and staff to a thriving eight-section salon.
Urban Chic is forever changing with the times and now provides ipads for all our clients to maximize their experience within the salon. The ipads are loaded with the latest fashion magazines and wifi connectivity for their convenience.

I love the final product: my hair looks great but most of all the high ratings are reflective of the fact that i had a great experience for my first time visiting your salon. Lucy took care of me for the colour and she was very thorough in explaining the different options. She's a very good communicator and was very helpful in talking through what we could do and agreeing on a plan for the day together. I really enjoy the attention to details as it is a treat to take some time off a busy schedule to sit down and really for couple of hours. You're always going to win me over with a good coffee!! Phoebe was very efficient with the hair cut and styling and i'm very happy with the result. Looking forward to my next visit.
