Comment
The reason I did not put a 10 in the overall environment is the following: I have always had my hair done with you as you have some kine of ethical and environmental practices which I think are important. However, on the occasions where staff are cleaning, I am appalled to see Mr Muscle' products used in the salon. Water, or Ecover products would fit with your ethos so much better and follow through with the message you are giving about your products. Not doing this makes one wonder if you are simply on the bandwagon of trendiness rather than taking your ethos seriously as a belief system and carrying it right through the business. Please, no more aggressive cleaning products!!! I was quite offended to have the stuff sprayed right next to me as I was confined to the chair!!!!I would appreciate a response to this. Claire Sparrow
