Never been offered a complimentary head and shoulder massage at a hair dressers before - brilliant idea. I love that I was made to feel so pampered and valued, they understood that going to the salon, is a time for spoiling yourself - and not enough salons act like that! Also, a fresh pot of coffee and not a n instant one, is a lovely touch. I wasn't pressured to purchase any products which is good, and my hairdresser made great conversation, whilst also ensuring I got exactly what haircut I asked for.
