Ben and could look after you so well . Ben knows my hair and looks after my hair so well .. finally a haircut if I don’t go back every few weeks it still looks good .. though if it’s up to my time I go to Ben every four weeks . For a mens womens anything in between Ben just knows what you need . Thank you to the team for making me feel so comfortable

This was my first time at Urban Therapy and I loved it. They offered a complementary head and shoulder massage to begin with which was wonderful. I had booked my appointment with Laura and she was brilliant. She's professional, very skilled, friendly, and really listened and took on board what I was saying. Honestly couldn't recommend her enough. Thank you Laura!

My daughter sees Ben for her curly hair. Very professional. Listens to the troubles we have managing her hair and provides advice and a great cut to match. My daughter loves coming for her cut.
