The treatment I received was really good and lady was very nice but it took me a long time to relax which was a shame as that was my main purpose to unwind, a few little recommendations to ensure your clients are feeling more relaxed, To organise all equipment and creams before client lays down really distracting and annoying when lady keeps leaving the room sliding door open and shut to get creams and dragging equipment along the floor. To make rooms more cosy and appealing they are very bare and too bright, no candles lit, bit sterile looking, please provide warm blankets too nothing worse than been cold while having a facial. Maybe clients should fill out paper work before starting treatment this may help with what areas client want you to focus on and have this conversation with client before treatment not during. The biggest thing for me was the room I was in, it was at the very top of stairs and far one to the corner, i don’t think that room should be used for massage or facials as it was so difficult to relax with the amount of noise which was disappointing and frustrating. I could hear every tram that passed, trucks, cars, sirens very clearly. If the noise was in thie distance I wouldn’t mind but I think the room must be literally facing out on to the main busy union road, the window was behind my head and room was small so the noise was just way too much. I would go back there as the ladies are very nice and professional and the full body massage and facial was very good but I would definitely ask not to be in that room again and ask for a blanket. The price was very reasonable too.
