I had a lovely experience during my one hour massage. I felt relaxed and in good hands. Erin listened to my needs and explained what she was doing along the way. I really enjoyed the whole experience. The spa is a lovely and clean environment.

Alex did a very good job, however the treatment room was not adequate and had bad lighting in it for waxing. Alex apologised and as I said she did a good job, but clients should be in rooms that are set up appropriately for the services they receive.

I'm a regular client at Venus Day Spa and recommend their facials. The prices are reasonable and the facial is packed with luscious creams, oils, masks etc. The advice I've received over the years from my beauty therapist on suggested treatments and purchasing correct products for my skin type speak for themselves with long term proven results.
