The music in the room was too loud and despite the Therapist been very accommdating and willing to turn down the volume she couldn't. It appears the unit might be faulty so that was a little distracting. The general appearance of doorframes, carpet and upholstered chairs appears dirty and probably stained from products and spills. Staircase carpet quite dirty.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are currently in the process of refurbishing the premises. It's been a slow process and we have started from the front of the building and are working our way back. We can't wait till its finished! We are well aware of the areas that have not been touched yet and hope you notice the difference once it's all been done.
