I used to go to Venus Day Spa when you were in Kensington and I wasn't always happy. Thankfully I received a gift voucher for my last birthday and when I came in I was treated by Erin. She is the only reason I come to Venus Day Spa. I have been getting massages for years and I've finally found someone who treats my needs. I now have a massage every month and I'm even having other beauty treatments with Erin as I have never before trusted a consultant the way I trust her. She is an absolute asset to your organisation.

Erin is the reason i go to Venus Day Spa. She provides a friendly yet professional experience. A suggestion would be for some herbal tea or water available in the waiting area. Not a deal breaker though.

Have been coming to Venus Day Spa for over eleven years. The beauty therapists are professional and personable. The waxing and pedicures are high quality and long lasting. The facials are very relaxing and my skin looks amazing afterwards. I would definitely recommend.

Anne and the team at Venus are the best I've ever experienced and easily the best in the area. The service is always warm, friendly and professional. The staff are all knowledgeable and always make me feel welcome. The salon itself is lovely and the products are beautiful and really work. I love that the hours they are open are flexible and Union Road is a lovely village feel shopping strip. I love this place!
