I really appreciate the way Anne tailors my facials - as I have been pregnant, the behaviour of my skin has been erratic so every six weeks when I get to be really indulgent and treat my poor skin, its nice to know I am in such knowledgeable hands. The products I need are always on hand if I need to make additional purchases, but I am never pushed to spend money. I really appreciate the special touches like samples that I get whenever I visit. Thanks Venus! :)

I thought the treatment table should have been covered in the waxing area instead of laying on the naked plastic. Also the treatment was much more expensive to that 'down the road'. I do think the quality of the wax was better though. Perhaps some specials would encourage new clients.
