Alex did a very good job, however the treatment room was not adequate and had bad lighting in it for waxing. Alex apologised and as I said she did a good job, but clients should be in rooms that are set up appropriately for the services they receive.

I had a lovely experience during my one hour massage. I felt relaxed and in good hands. Erin listened to my needs and explained what she was doing along the way. I really enjoyed the whole experience. The spa is a lovely and clean environment.

My treatment was carried out by a relatively new person who was quite sweet, however for the treatment I booked in for, I will ask for someone with a little more experience. Also, I have been a customer of Venus Day Spa for several years and love the aromatic product used, mainly Decleor which is no longer available. Elemis also has products with fabulous scents and I only found out when I was ready for my treatment, that my therapist was not experienced with these products only Dermalogica, which I did not find to be as relaxing scent wise. I do have a couple of gift cards for Luxe Facials to use and will ask for the Elemis (or another product that has similar scent and perhaps a more experienced therapist. My skin did feel fabulous though, just I prefer a product that has amazing smells. Zsusanna

I had made the booking in person then when I went the next day to use my package was told I needed to pay additional funds cause price rise. Was not advised of this of time of booking. The body treatment was nice though

A great massage. Didn't get any professional advice so it seems a bit silly to have to rate it!!!
