Unfortunately this is the second time I have had a bad experience with Victoria's. I rang up and made an appt for a Brazilian maintenance wax. I attended my appt, believing that was what I was receiving. The service I got was of good quality but was the 7-minute wax, which is not what I booked, and in fact cost me $55 instead of $35 for the normal maintenance. I was actually charged $30 for my previous normal maintenance, so I do not know what is going on with the pricing, as different days are different charges. I'm disappointed that I didn't contest the charge at the time, and just paid the $55 for a service I did not request.
