Comment
My experience as a client of Victoria's has always been positive. The most recent visit was made more pleasant by the first impression you receive upon entering the premises, that of the lovely aroma that you smell as you enter. I could have just stood there ! As usual the staff at the reception are friendly and courteous. Anne performed my treatment, and while I may not enjoy it (Epi-light), for the time being, I have to endure it. It is slowly but surely making a difference in the reduction of facial hair that up until now has been making me miserable because if I removed it, it became ingrown and inflamed the skin/area surrounding it. With the treatment, I am not plucking the hair and the hair growth is visibly reduced and finer. All positive. I'm looking forward to the next treatment...:)
