Comment
I felt there was a big breakdown in communication between my first appointment and my second. At my second appointment I was at the time quite frightened when I began to see large flashes of light which I was not warned about and thought the goggles had slipped. I was told in my first visit there would be cooling before and right after each zap and there wasn't. Also I was not warned there were varying levels of intensity thus varying levels of pain to expect. With my other health issues I have to be very careful to not have too many surprise shocks to the system and I received quite a few during my last visit. I barely managed to drive myself home as my adrenals went haywire which is why I was upset with the lack of information provided on what to expect so I could prepare my body. I also received a blister next to my mouth which is only just healing and has still left a rather noticeable red mark. Overall I didn't feel support during my treatment and it sounds a bit silly but it was quite upsetting.
