I have recently met Karen who has a friendly professional manner, she talked me through what she was going to do for my Micro Derma and made me feel quite at ease and suggested a few products for me. It can be very daunting for a 60yr old who has never really taken care of her skin to attend a beauty clinic. But Karen was wonderful, funny and made me feel comfortable. I recently had another Micro Derma and eye brow / lash tint. Whilst this would have been cheaper if I went to another Salon, I felt that I had confidence with Karen and have embarked on a new beauty program with her and look forward to positive result with her advice. Thanks Karen
