I recently began a course of treatment of Low Light Laser(LLL) therapy for a persistent Tennis Elbow. I was asked how my back was, I had almost forgotten that I had suffered many months of low back pain, sacral/iliac pain and sciatica for a period of about 10 months. I had tried many forms of treatment including physio, exercises, medication, orthopaedic consultation and remedial massage. My orthopaedic specialist suggested that I try LLL and after a series of treatments and exercise my pain and discomfort disappeared. I have now been symptom free for almost 2 years. Even after just one treatment of LLL on my tennis elbow I was able to get through a nursing shift with very little pain, something I had not been able to do for the past 2 months. Today I have undergone a 2nd treatment and have 2 more sessions booked next week. Hopefully by then all will be well. It is great to know that this non invasive treatment option is not only available but extremely therapeutic. And all is conducted in a safe environment with qualified staff.
