My daughter and I thought your clinic/salon was of extremely high quality and we both felt that your staff were very well groomed and extremely professional. The premises looked spotless and world class and you should be congratulated on that. I have told my friends and family of the high standard of your clinic and have told them that if we could afford to, we would visit your business as often as we could. I was given a $100 voucher and quoted $225 extra, but then my daughter was charged $235 with the voucher?? Having just been to Koh Samui and stayed at a spa resort where we had every treatment imaginable with the top products for virtually very little money, I felt that your quality was high and very professional but your prices were very, very expensive for the amount of product that you used and the amount of time your professional staff worked on us.(considering also the local prices on the north west coast). If I wanted to do a cosmetic treatment I would feel comfortable coming back to you, but, would have to compare with other businesses for level of value, before I booked again with you. I feel your prices are way to high for the Tasmanian market. Would it not be better to be a bit less in price and then be booked out months in advance, therefore guaranteeing the longevity and economic success of the business that you have so obviously put your heart and soul into? It was somewhat disturbing for me to discover that when I rang and made the appointments that the opening times on the brochure that was sent along with the voucher had lessened and changed and today I got an email stating that the loyalty program was being discontinued. That would be very disappointing for loyal clients who had a number of points to cash in on future treatments and their loyalty to your business has been betrayed. I have to say that you do not offer your clients any confidence in frequenting your business in the future...why would they??? Please just think about it for a minute. You have excellent staff and your premises are world class. You have worked hard but your business is obviously in decline if your opening hours are lessening, you are closed on the weekends (when working women like me who work more than 50 hours a week are able to do the things they cant through the week, and you are cancelling your loyalty program. What you have created is wonderful and really needed here. Please rethink your strategy. I would love to see that you are still in business and earning obscene profits in a year from now.
