I could easily travel locally for similar treatments, but I would not get the level of service , professional knowledge that I receive at Victoria's.From the moment you step through the doors where you are greeted with a warm smile, the relaxing atmosphere and know that you are in good hands.For anyone that hasn't experienced Victoria's, please do this for yourself. Vanessa is lovely and kind, while also being professional and doing a fantastic job! The lady at reception is always helpful and kind as well. I always leave feeling relaxed.

Usually excellent, but the last couple of visits I've had a long wait (20 - 30) mins. That's to be expected if going to a doctor's surgery but I think there should be a set time for most things so they should be running more to time.

This is the most professional salon in Launceston. Not only do the beauticians offer very competent service, they are discrete, pleasant and have created an ambiance that is relaxing and private. There is a very wide range of services, and no pushy promotion of products. You really feel that they are there to care for you and make you feel and look your best!
