Being the first time I had been there, I was very nervous but as soon as I walked in I could tell it was a welcoming environment, and the service I got was very very professional and good, everyone were so friendly as well, thanks guys :)

The only disappointment with my appointment is that as a result of having a 7.45pm appointment the front sliding doors were locked and I called Victorias without an answer (whilst waiting in the cold wind) for about 5-10 minutes.

The service is outstanding from rose with beauty treatments. Casandra is so accommodating with bookings. However I have twice now been really disappointed with my treatments from Anne. The last two visits have resulted in black eyes that have lasted over a week. Treatments prior to this I haven't had any negative side effects so not sure what's going on with this but won't be booking in again for this with Victoria's.

Victoria's is has a very warm and inviting feel, from the moment you walk in the door. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I would just like to suggest that in the therapy rooms, that they might consider some relaxing mood music, as this would help the client to relax and zone out from the treatment.
