Your practitioner was late for work, therefore my appointment was cut short...it would have been nice if you had come to tell me whilst waiting, that the person to do my massage was going to be late. because I had another appointment. The massage was very good by the way thank you.

As our massage therapists come in specifically for appointments it is difficult for us to determine if they are running late if they have not notified us. Our apologies again. A bit pricey, but if it shortens the amount of sessions I need works out better.

Reception were very helpful and alerted me to a cancellation which was great for me, to come in at a time that suited me and my work.
