The service is outstanding from rose with beauty treatments. Casandra is so accommodating with bookings. However I have twice now been really disappointed with my treatments from Anne. The last two visits have resulted in black eyes that have lasted over a week. Treatments prior to this I haven't had any negative side effects so not sure what's going on with this but won't be booking in again for this with Victoria's.

It may have been the type of treatment I received - but red carpet to me sounds like it really should be something special. It was not (maybe for my face and I just can't see the results yet), the beds are uncomfortable and do not adjust for people's backs and I had to ask for something under my knees for lower back. It was cold, had to ask for a blanket. All of which was provided immediately. There is no privacy for your clients or your staff you can hear everything that is said in the rooms. You do not get to relax you are suffled from one room to another. I guess I just found when I left from a treatment room with my eye make up still on my face a little bemused. It also felt rushed. Perhaps Red Carpet should have a name change. It was my first time to a cosmetic medical clinic so maybe my expectations were somewhat higher than they should have been for what was going to happen.

I was shocked that I was charged for my consultation regarding IPL treatment and treatments cost 4 times that of another reputable IPL salon so I was a little put out by the experience.

I firstly did not have the best experience but Victorias went out of their way to make up for it. Which is great to see that they do generally care about how you feel about yourself. My second treatment was beautiful. My skin looks great. And the products they sell are very effective. Thanks everyone :)

Disappointing. No apparent changes. Ankle with osteoarthritis. Low expectation confirmed. Lumbar pain not alleviated. Neck pain unchanged. This might be the source of problem with balance! Perhaps a warning that the laser treatment might not work should have been shared with me. Does this indicate that the staff are not professionals? Training required! Past results could be shared so the patient can assess if the treatment might not work on my issues! Then time and money is not wasted. Sorry I cannot be more positive. Kind regards, David Green

All my experiences have been great at Victoria's however on all occasions I have been waiting + 1/2hr from my appointment time which isn't convenient. I understand that we all need to wait but 1/2hr is quite long particularity as I usually have to return to work by a certain time. Other than that pleased with my experiences and services.
