Lovely experience just needed a little more explanation of what was happening & the benefits even though I had had this treatment done beforehand. Friendly staff but would have liked more time with them for the cost as I was at the end of the day. Especially if I want to do these facials often, which I do! I’m a hard marker so well done!

The ticking clock is not very relaxing!

We do try to only have clocks that don't make a ticking noise, its hard that most of the time it cant be told until they are purchased and have batteries in them unfortunately. At your next appointment, if you happen to be in a room with a clock that ticks, of course please feel free to request it to be removed. I am looking to soften some scar tissue around my lip and laser therapy was one of the options, however this is not described on the website. The website only displays information about revitalising skin however there is no indication of any scar therapy.

Victoria's is has a very warm and inviting feel, from the moment you walk in the door. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I would just like to suggest that in the therapy rooms, that they might consider some relaxing mood music, as this would help the client to relax and zone out from the treatment.

My first impression was very average. The new receptionist needs a lot of training she was not helpful. I was not given any paper work to fill in as this was my first time. The lady who performed the procedure was very good. My call to make the original booking was terrible, I thought I had phoned the wrong place.
