This is the most professional salon in Launceston. Not only do the beauticians offer very competent service, they are discrete, pleasant and have created an ambiance that is relaxing and private. There is a very wide range of services, and no pushy promotion of products. You really feel that they are there to care for you and make you feel and look your best!

I have had to wait for at least 15-30 minutes before every appointment, not just this recent one. I am not complaining,as I understand that it takes time to give proper service to clients, and questions often arise to which you need to respond without rushing the client out the door, but perhaps more time needs to be allocated to appointments to ensure clients are seen on time.

When it comes to skin treatments that will be visible to all, I look for an experienced professional technician who can relate to the clients individual needs and give confidence in the outcomes. My experience at Victorias definitely had that personal touch and the outcome ' really great' better than I had hoped for and exactly what was promised.
