Hello, I have not seen any improvement in the redness on my face since having photoderm treatment which is very dissapointing as it was uncomfortable and expensive and I was initially happy with botox but am already seeing signs of frown lines returning and I only had treatment about 5-6 weeks ago. I am now living back in the UK, otherwise I would have been in to discuss with you.

For many years I was a client of Launceston Skin Care and it was from Michelle who used to work there that i converted to coming to Victorias when the LSC Centre closed. I always appreciated the service I got there accompanied by people who got to know me (even though I typically only came a couple of times a year). They would have quite a bit of conversation with me about my life and things that happened and remember from year to year. While my initial visit to your business were to Michelle who knew me from the LSCC she moved on and I had a couple of times with Hannah who Michelle recommended. When Hannah moved on I had to take just whoever and while I have no major complaints about the service they provided there was just an element of personal interest that I had become used to missing. Also Michelle would happily go a little higher with my leg wax without really doing bikini but I almost felt that on my last visit I was asking too much in asking for that. I am sure i will keep coming to Victoria's but am hopeful of my experience becoming a little more like I was used to at LSCC.

My massage was great, would be just nice to have a desginated chair or something to put/hang clothes and handbag both times I've been they just have to sit on floor which is a little awkward! But not a big issue rather than a suggestion

Prior or coming to Victorias I had leg waxes done at L'ton Skin Care Centre. When this establishment closed down I started coming to Victoria's as the girl who often did my legs a LSC also worked at Victoria's. She has since moved interstate and I have had a few other people from Victoria's complete my leg waxing. All girls have been fine but I do like having someone who knows how I like my legs done. WIth yet another new person today, I felt reluctant to ask to have the full leg taken just a little higher. I do not have bikini line done, but wearing boy leg bathers do appreciate having the full leg taken so it eliminates hair at the top of my leg. I guess it is my fault for not asking, but I just didn't feel comfortable asking. The female I had had previously was happy to go just a little higher for me when I asked. Hopefully if i have the same person again next time I will feel i can ask for that.

My first impression was very average. The new receptionist needs a lot of training she was not helpful. I was not given any paper work to fill in as this was my first time. The lady who performed the procedure was very good. My call to make the original booking was terrible, I thought I had phoned the wrong place.

Victoria's is has a very warm and inviting feel, from the moment you walk in the door. All the staff are very friendly and professional. I would just like to suggest that in the therapy rooms, that they might consider some relaxing mood music, as this would help the client to relax and zone out from the treatment.
