I have found Victoria's to be very professional, clean and friendly. I signed up to their newsletter and it was a lovely surprise that on my birthday they sent me a $20 voucher then after using the voucher they sent me another one because I was a new client!

I book online and when I arrive it’s like no one knows about my appointment. I’m not sure why but it’s like you don’t like people booking this way. Also the last 2 times I’ve been waiting for over 15min making me late

I arrived for my appointment on time on the hour. 18 minutes had passed and I enquired how long my appointment would be as I had a limited time before I had to return to work. The receptionist, who I suspect was in training, couldn't tell me how long it would be, but that a late customer had set the schedule back. Another worker overheard and followed up with the person my appointment was with - another 10 minutes. I was disappointed that I didn't get into my appointment until 30 minutes after it was scheduled for. And disappointed that reception probably wouldn't have informed me if I hadn't followed it up. I think you need to have a late arrival policy - cancelling an appointmwnt if 10 minutes late or something - otherwise it inconveniences all the clients for that day seeing that practitioner, and it really put me out.

I feel the cost was more than I expected although I have not compared this to services from other clinics.
