I would really like to see the reinstatement of specials at Victorias, mainland salons have much to offer in this regard and are quick to offer appointments with great prices at short notice. The availability of cheap flights does make the choice of a weekend in Melbourne for treatments and shopping somewhat attractive than a standard appointment at a salon where the prices are fixed. Victorias is a lovely salon with great staff.. sadly it is lacking in offering competitive pricing in what most people want e.g. wrinkle reduction and dermal fillers.

I don't know, but i wasn't satisfied with the suggestion as i can get all the information provided by your staff from google and as I am a healthcare professional, I know it was was just a basic information, but staff was very nice and kind. I am not sure about other services as i haven't had, but I felt after skin consultation, what to do know, there was no answer.

The girl who does my eyes is friendly and professional. However, I find that generally, staff here can be a little offhand and less than friendly. I feel that maybe a sincere smile and some genuine, if brief conversation, when entering and leaving the salon would lift your image. I wouldn't come to your clinic except that I like the way Rachel does my eyes. And I know some of my friends have not gone to you because of this.

All my experiences have been great at Victoria's however on all occasions I have been waiting + 1/2hr from my appointment time which isn't convenient. I understand that we all need to wait but 1/2hr is quite long particularity as I usually have to return to work by a certain time. Other than that pleased with my experiences and services.

Disappointing. No apparent changes. Ankle with osteoarthritis. Low expectation confirmed. Lumbar pain not alleviated. Neck pain unchanged. This might be the source of problem with balance! Perhaps a warning that the laser treatment might not work should have been shared with me. Does this indicate that the staff are not professionals? Training required! Past results could be shared so the patient can assess if the treatment might not work on my issues! Then time and money is not wasted. Sorry I cannot be more positive. Kind regards, David Green

Dear Mr Green I am sorry that you have not had any improvement in your conditions. It is always explained at consultation that this treatment is not for everyone that is why we suggest that you start with two weeks of treatment and then make a decision as to whether it is working or not. If there has been no change with your discomfort then possibly it is not recommended to proceed however if slight improvement then definitely worth proceeding further. This treatment is successful in 70 - 80% of clients. These things are normally explained at the beginning of your treatment as it is part of the consultation protocols.
