I went for my fourth gel manicure today and am so impressed not only with the manicure but the staff too always courteous, always helpful and always do a terrific job very knowledgeable about all they have to offer I can highly recommend them to anyone, one tip I learnt is that they advised me never to peel of a gel polish because it takes off the top layer of your nail. Now that's something I wasn't told at my previous salon when having a gel manicure so consequently I totally ruined my nails and blamed the polish so had to stop, little did I know!!! It has also made my nails stronger and healthier. Highly recommend the gel manicure if you have problems with weak peeling nails.

I dealt with Emily at both my consultation and 1st appointment. Emily was professional at all times, she gave me all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had. She was extremely friendly throughout and had a excellent customer service manner. All of the ladies made me feel welcome both times I visited. For my appointment, again Emily was the main person I dealt with, however Karen also came to check on me and help at one point in treatment. They were both lovely, made me feel at ease - and I’m glad they both had a good sense of humour. 10/10 experience - couldn’t fault anything!
