It was my first time being waxed and Courtney made me feel very comfortable with her relaxed and happy personality, and was very acknowledging in how I was coping and checking if I was okay. I was given very honest and useful advice about how my wax would turn out and the maintenance that would be involved. Ultimately making an uncomfortable experience of a first wax much more easily managed and has lead me to book in future visits. A lash tint done last left me feeling relaxed when I left and very happy with the results!
