I appreciate the dedication and service that Shannon put in for me. I phoned mid afternoon to let her know I had to work back and I thought I might not be able to keep my appointment. It was no problem at all for Shannon. She pushed my appointment time back and stayed behind for me so she could complete my booking. I read do appreciate it.
