this is my local salon. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful. I do feel the salon itself needs a bit of TLC. even though it is very clean, it could do with a fresh coat of paint and some of the grout around the tiles is lifting off. When you go to a medispa you want to be pampered, which the staff do very well however part of the pampering is also the surroundings, it needs to feel luxurious so when a person is getting a massage, facial or nails done it makes the whole experience feel 'special'.

I popped in for an eyebrow wax and tint. My therapist was lovely, impeccably presented and helpful. Unfortunately due to no one manning the front counter she had to duck out and see to customers and I had to lie waiting for approx 10 mins. She was very apologetic which I appreciated however it was not ideal to be left waiting for almost as long as the service I was getting done takes. I would suggest having a front of house therapist who can assist walk ins and greet clients as they arrive. Had I been booked for a massage or facial and had to wait that long thus loosing 10 mins of my treatment time, i would have been very disappointed.
