A couple of months ago I had an eyebrow wax at this salon and the waxing tore my skin above my eye. I emailed photos and phoned them and after a few days I finally received a call back. They offered a free waxing next time so I was satisfied with the response. My eye healed fine. I would have preferred a faster response when I had had a bad experience. I continue to go to the salon because it is convenient, they have a good product range and are friendly enough. My experience today (for my free eyebrow waxing) was all good, although it would have been better if the consultant had introduced herself. I do not know her name. From my point of view I would like to have some consistency in who I see there. It always has seemed quite anonymous with a different girl each time.
