Another great experience at Vitality. Steph is friendly without being over the top like some people can be in the same kind of job. She’s knowledgeable but not pushy and does a great job. As a semi-regular customer I appreciate that she remembers things about me and our conversations and is genuine in her interest.

amazing relaxation massage most places you go try and sell you products or comment on your skin or how tight you are they recommend for an extra amount a remedial service the mood is set very quiet and exhilarating you feel like you are drifting away on clouds ill definitely recommend your shop and the staff are so friendly and easy going the only problem is I should come back often for more:( thanks vitality

My beauty therapist today, Gemma certainly made me feel I was being treated by an extremely knowledgeable and professional therapist. This certainly differed from the young lass that answered a phone call I made to vitality last week, when during the phone call the lass didn't seem to understand what I was after at all.

The new salon is beautiful but the seating is a bit awkward and uncomfortable, would prefer actual chairs. Occasionally the appointments are running late (up to 25 minutes). Overall great service
