Salon is very 'fancy' in appearance,however there are a lot of signs saying don't touch this or don't touch that which made me feel a bit edgy. The treatment room was freezing cold, but I found the electric blanket and turned that on. It was nicely appointed and clean. Staff were 'professionally friendly', certainly no chit chat or banter. Massage was ok, but she had very sharp nails which wasn't the greatest.

Usually see Gemma and she does an amazing job of my eyebrows (wax/tint) Today booked in with someone else as couldn’t get into Gemma and not happy At all with the outcome unfortunately.

On the day of my facial there was only one person in the store. This meant that my appointment was late because the poor girl had to answer phone, re schedule appointments. Then about 3/4 through appointment someone came into the building so I was left while the person was attended to. The massage itself was good but I do not believe that I received the full hours service.

I give steph 10/10 for treatment and effort. The actual service I would of perhaps liked a serum but that was possibly my fault for ch0osing the wrong service. The head massage was lovely but I personally like it just a tiny bit stronger.

I had a lash lift and tint and an eyebrows tint and shape. I naturally have black short lashes. You can't tell ive had a lift or tint. I got home and my mum and sister thought I must have only had the eyebrow tint and shape, as they also couldn't tell a different to my lashed. My eyebrows look great which I'm happy about and would get done again. However wouldn't get a lift and tint again. The staff member was lovely,professional and very welcoming.
