Comment
Salon was looking a bit drab, dirty walls in room I was in and same near mani section. Lots of watermarks on ceiling too didn't leave the overall feeling of luxury I normally get. Staff member was excellent but the 2 ladies in reception were a bit loud chatting and giggling which is great to have fun at work but not so good when you've come in for a relaxing experience.
