I arrived for my 2.15pm appointment right on time and waited until 2.45pm to be taken through. Noone mentioned anything about the therapist running late or explained we would be that delayed. I had my son with me and it would've been nice to have some communication about this, especially when the receptionist and 2 other staff stood around chatting out the front for half of this time not looking very busy and 2 other clients walked in after me and were seen straight away while i sat waiting. The therapist wasn't at all apologetic and being a new client i won't be returning in a hurry if this is the type of service offered. I was so disappointed as i had heard great things about your business. Just a little unprofessional.

My first visit 4 weeks ago was wonderful couldn't fault the service or advice right from booking to finish I felt valued and Like they wanted to genuinely help me get ready for my wedding. But this time I just felt like an unconvince to the receptionist - she wasn't very welcoming and seemed to rush me out the door and i felt like I was annoying her when I rebooked for another months time. The therapist left my eyes with dark circles under them and tiny bits of hair and wax on my face, she wasn't very gentle with my delicate eye area compared to the girl I had last time who was amazing. I wasn't offered any advice and she didn't talk to me about anything before we started it was like she just wanted me in and out asap. I'm sorry I hate leaving bad reviews and I have been to wellsprings a few times now and it's been a wonderful experience every other time, I was just a bit disappointed this time.

I want to be clear I love the team at wellsprings, I am indeed great fully supported by a third party to attend in treatment and quality of life enhancement to which I am very greatful. However today I felt it was very rude to not have been pre warned about the price increase prior to treatment. I usually book ahead and I am encouraged to do so. I think if I book a service it is booked in good faith that it will be at the price I am aware of. Today with a double treatment booked for what would have been 100 to addition to my 180 x 2 to account. I did purchase an item of $20? And another of 14.95. My costs I think we're almost $85 dollars more than I was anticipating. I pass this information on in good faith and in the manner this feedback is sought. I advised those attending to payment today that will unbook my half hour facials I usually have after 1-1/2 stress fix massage. The staff who added up account at no time until I queried cost did they mention any price rise. No descrete sign to prompt and advise. Regards Colleen

i was over charged and when i rang to double check the price i was told they would get back to me the next day. after waiting a week i contacted them and they told me i now have a credit there for my next appointment. but i had to do the follow ups not them and i dont think that was good enough.
