Comment
Massage room was cold. Impacted on my relaxation and experience as I was cold even with the blanket in place. Worse so when blanket moved and I was left exposed as therapist spent quite a while getting organised. This happened with each different section of my body. Was told I would have back, neck, shoulders, legs, feet and head attended too. Shoulders and neck not attended too.
